Itemfield to Support Oracle--R-- BPEL Process Manager and Unstructured Data in Applications Built on Service Oriented Architectures

SAN MATEO, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- April 20, 2005 -- Complete Solution Enabled Through Extensive Integration between Itemfield ContentMaster and Oracle BPEL Process Manager

Itemfield, Inc., the leading provider of next-generation data transformation software for high-performance, mission-critical applications, announced today the availability of Itemfield ContentMaster for Oracle(R) BPEL Process Manager. This solution allows users of Oracle Business Integration Suite to seamlessly integrate data from unstructured data sources like Microsoft(R) Office and Adobe(R) Acrobat(R), print streams like Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) and PostScript(TM) and other complex data formats, within service oriented architectures (SOAs). Itemfield is also a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.

The integrated offering dramatically expands the number of data formats that can be integrated into Oracle's Business Integration Suite. Itemfield ContentMaster has been integrated with Oracle BPEL Process Manager to enable virtually any data format to be transformed into and from XML and transported via any BPEL-supported protocol, such as SOAP, JMS, email, JCA, HTTP GET and POST.
