Epazz Updates Project Flex; Once Registration is Finalized Will Take Company Public as Company's First Spinoff

CHICAGO, IL, Nov 09, 2012 (eTeligis.com via COMTEX) Epazz Inc., (OTCQB: EPAZ) a leading provider of cloud based business software solutions announced today that Project Flex, which is a patent pending new technology that will change the way cooling technology is used will begin the registration process to take the Company public. This will be Epazz, Inc.'s first spinoff which shareholders of Epazz will be able to participate in.


The effective date of the spinoff is expected to be announced soon. By doing an S-1 registration through the SEC, Project Flex will have a clean publicly traded entity going forward. The spinoff of Project Flex will pay shareholders of Epazz's common stock a dividend initially and quarterly dividend from that point on.

"Our initial tests with 'Project Flex' have been successful and challenges with the project have been overcome. We are in the process of identifying potential beta users for Project Flex," said Shaun Passley, CEO of Epazz, Inc.
