EATEL Selects M4 Solutions for Visual Operations Management

(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 20 November 2012 Release date- 19112012 - RICHMOND, VA - Mapcom Systems, a leading provider of visual operations management software, announced today that EATEL, a telecommunications service provider based in Gonzales, Louisiana, has selected M4 Solutions as the operations solution to help manage their inside and outside networks for their Louisiana facilities.

The M4 Solutions software includes comprehensive design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as workforce management, services management and CPR integration. We chose M4 Solutions due to the demonstrated technical ability of the products as well as the Mapcom leadership team's similar approach to customer service and satisfaction,' said Kevin Phillips, Project Director for EATEL. 'The ability of the M4 Solutions Suite of products to seamlessly integrate with our billing and financial systems was a key differentiating factor for us. In addition to the integration, empowering our dispatchers and mobile workforce with M4 Workforce promises to bring huge efficiency gains, further improving our service levels to our customers,' added Phillips.

EATEL joins over 150 communications service providers who have selected M4 Solutions.
