eVerge Group Goes Live With Oracle Fusion HCM Applications

PLANO, Texas --(Business Wire)--

eVerge Group is pleased to announce that it has gone live with Oracle (News - Alert) HCM Cloud Service to support its internal human resources and payroll processes, bringing payroll processing in house. In a multi-phased approach, the company has implemented the full suite of Oracle Fusion HCM in the cloud, including Global HR, Goal and Performance Management, Automated Benefits, Workforce Compensation and Global Payroll. eVerge Group has successfully completed payroll for employees across the U.S. and is also using the software to manage employment and talent retention activities across its U.S. and India operations.

With the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, eVerge Group has been able to replace three disparate systems and external service providers previously required to support all HR and payroll activities. "We now have an enterprise-wide unified system that enables us to manage our HR and payroll processes seamlessly," according to eVerge Group's Bob Moser, Senior Director, Fusion HCM Applications. "And we don't own the hardware and software; we simply subscribe to Oracle's software service and they take care of the maintenance and upgrades."

Leveraging its internal Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience, eVerge Group has created an "eXpresStart" rapid implementation solution that enables others to quickly and cost-effectively implement this state-of-the-art hosted human resources and payroll application. "Early on, we recognized the value of Oracle Fusion HCM and made it a priority to work closely with Oracle in the early stages of development to ensure that we becam absolute experts on the product," said eVerge Group president, Esteban Neely. "With the successful implementation of the full Fusion HCM suite for our internal use, we bring unique expertise and experience to companies looking to implement the software."

Oracle HCM Cloud Service is a leading global human capital management suite delivered in the Cloud. Designed with the user in mind, Oracle Fusion HCM enables rapid deployment of meaningful business solutions to HR organizations around the world, better enabling compliance and delivering deep insight into business operations.

"By implementing the full suite of Oracle Fusion HCM, eVerge Group has demonstrated its commitment to HCM and its leadership in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM," said Gretchen Alarcon, vice president, Oracle HCM Strategy. "Not only will eVerge Group benefit from streamlining its own HR functions onto a next-generation, cloud-based system, they also have gained a great deal of knowledge working on its own implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Service. The combination of Oracle software and eVerge Group's knowledge should translate into value for our mutual customers."
