Elitecore will replace the providers Fixed & Mobile network solutions with a Single Inventory, Service Assurance, CRM and Billing system. The converged entity will support the operators 2G, 3G, PSTN and data networks through its pre-integrated, open standards based interfaces.

The company expects to benefit from improved customer experience, monetize next-generation services and reduce time-to-market for new offerings.
