Kevin/Ross Public Relations Unveils New Suite of Content Marketing Services [Health & Beauty Close - Up]

(Health & Beauty Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) In conjunction with its 15th anniversary celebration, Kevin/Ross Public Relations announced a new suite of content marketing services designed to help organizations improve their online presence and intelligently leverage digital communications to support their brand and business goals.

"Over the past 15 years, America has witnessed a dramatic shift in how people receive information and make buying decisions as well as how companies engage their constituents to build brand loyalty," said agency Founder and President Ross Goldberg. "While not all businesses or all industries should place the same emphasis or resources toward online communication, organizations that don't make a concerted effort to understand and engage appropriately in this arena may soon find themselves irrelevant." According to a release, while Kevin/Ross has always supported clients with their online communication strategies, Goldberg says that his agency is now "better equipped than ever" to assist organizations with a complete portfolio of content marketing initiatives. These can include websites, blogs, and social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as the "ongoing introduction of online platforms for smart companies to leverage." In addition to providing creative input, Kevin/Ross also helps companies conduct competitive marketplace analysis in online communications, establish best practices for addressing customer relations issues online, develop a social media policy for employees, and monitor and analyze the impact of a company's online efforts.

Since its founding in 1999, Kevin/Ross noted it has served a variety of clients in such industries as healthcare, insurance, higher education, nonprofits and many others. With a strong healthcare niche, the agency has represented some of the nation's best-known and most widely respected healthcare organizations including Stanford University Medical Center, SCAN Health Plan, Geisinger Health System, Huntington Memorial Hospital, the UCLA School of Nursing, the Society of Hospital Medicine, Loma Linda University Medical Center, Blue Shield of California and many others.

"As we celebrate our 15th anniversary, we are forever indebted to those individuals and organizations whose trust and confidence in us has made this occasion possible," said Goldberg. "The longer one is involved in any endeavor, the longer should be the list of those to thank and that is certainly the case with us." Kevin/Ross Public Relations is a marketing agency.
