The Zift Platform will be offered to customers of the company’s Marketing Advantage program and will offer customers access to turnkey email marketing campaigns, content syndication, social media syndication, customized collateral, shared analytics and reporting, as well as premium Zift support.
The syndicated content might be the most attractive parts for GENBAND’s customers. GENBAND-provided content, including social media posts, will save customers a lot of time and money compared to doing everything in-house.
Real-time communications technology is a natural match for marketing. As call centers have transformed themselves into “contact centers,” new technologies have given marketers the ability to reach new people.
The support of a major provider like GENBAND will certainly give a boost to Zift, adding to GENBAND’s existing portfolio of marketing services under the Marketing Advantage program.
