GENBAND Advantage Partner Program Gets Five-Star Rating

April 13, 2016

The 5-star rating system is commonly known way to convey excellence. When something has been rated with all 5 stars, it’s being presented as, ‘top of the line’ and ‘the best’ in its space.

Real-time communications solutions provider GENBAND now has yet another recognition to put on its wall of achievements thanks to a recent 5-star rating for its Advantage Partner Program.

The rating was given by CRN as part of its 2016 Partner Program Guide which lists technology vendors’ offering solutions to the IT channel and honors an “elite subset of companies.”

Ratings are given after a careful assessment of the vendor’s application as well as the time, funding and effort put into the training, support, marketing and communications around the program.

GENBAND's Advantage Partner Program helps make it possible for the company’s real time communications solutions to be successfully delivered and deployed to provider, integrator, and developer partners. The program offers support, training, marketing, service level discounts and so much more.

"GENBAND strives to provide our partners the key tools and resources they need to be successful," said Patrick Joggerst, GENBAND's EVP of Global Sales and Marketing.

"We listened to them and revamped our program to deliver the capabilities in the form they need. It's an honor to have this work recognized by the CRN Partner Program, and we look forward to continuing to deliver the 5-Star experience through our partners and into our customers across the board."

GENBAND and its platform as a service offering Kandy have been hard at work continuing to provide cutting edge solutions that help customers connect in real-time.

In 2015, GENBAND was also named a CNBC Disruptor 50. This list distinguishes private companies for their forward-thinking advancements and helps investors to recognize the companies behind these movements. Included on the third annual list, where GENBAND placed number 22, were also companies like SpaceX, Uber and Dropbox.

The company will also be hosting its annual Perspectives 16 event at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes from May 1–5 where the brightest minds in tech gather for a five-day event focused on the latest trends, issues and opportunities in the communications landscape.
